Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before usingHired Maid Services.

Introduction

By accessing or using our website homehelpmaidservice.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the Website or our Services.

Hired Maid Services reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Service Categories & Token Fees

  • Full-Time Maids (8–24 hours): ₹1,999 (non-refundable token fee).
  • Part-Time Maids (2–7 hours): ₹999 (non-refundable token fee).

This token fee confirms your booking and must be paid before sharing maid profiles.

2. Consultancy / Recruitment Fees

Hired Maid Services charges a consultancy fee equal to one month’s salary of the selected maid plus 18% GST.

  • This is a one-time service fee, separate from the maid’s salary.
  • The consultancy fee is payable upon hiring confirmation.
  • This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Profile Sharing & Trial Process

After receiving the token fee, 2–3 maid profiles will be shared within 1–2 working days.

Full-Time Maids (8–24 hours):

  • 3-day trial after token payment.
  • 50% consultancy fee after 3 days of trial.
  • Remaining 50% after 15 days of service.

Part-Time Maids (2–7 hours):

  • 1-day trial after token payment.
  • Full consultancy fee payable immediately after trial.

4. Guarantee & Replacement Policy

  • 1-year replacement guarantee for all hired maids.
  • Maximum of 3 replacements within 1 year.

Conditions: Salary dues cleared, and job details remain unchanged.

No refund if the client cancels during the guarantee period.

5. Client–Maid Relationship

Hired Maid Services is not the employer of the maid. All employment terms are between the client and the maid.

  • Salary disputes and personal issues are client’s responsibility.
  • Hired Maid Services holds no legal or supervisory responsibility once hiring is confirmed.

6. Legal & Misuse Clauses

  • If a client misbehaves with a maid, no refund or replacement will be provided.
  • If a maid files a justified complaint,Hired Maid Services bears no liability.
  • Clients cannot hire maids outside ofHired Maid Services for 2 years after rejection or termination.

7. Confidentiality

All maid introductions are confidential. If a client shares a maid’s details with a third party who hires her, the client must payHired Maid Services the full consultancy fee.

8. Verification & Responsibility

  • Clients should conduct police verification before hiring.
  • Clients must check maid’s belongings upon entry and exit.
  • Hired Maid Services assists with verification but is not liable for theft or misconduct.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Consultancy fees are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for client cancellations after payment.
  • If a replacement is not provided within 15 days, a credit note will be issued.

10. Jurisdiction

All legal matters are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
